Just Electric started in 2016 and operates in the electricity market of Singapore. We started offering electricity retail to Contestable Consumers in 2017 and expanded our services offered to include Demand Response and Interruptible Load program in 2019.

Demand Response is a demand side energy solution which enables electricity consumers to get paid for reducing electricity consumption from grid during high electricity wholesale prices.

Interruptible Load is another demand side energy program which pays consumers to “interrupt” or reduce electricity consumption from the grid usually due to a significant loss of electricity supply. This may be caused by an unforced outage of a generator.
